I sent an email which Mike answered literally within 5 minutes, re-assuring me it was not a problem, and I subsequently purchased a 2013 model. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and personable. At no point did we feel pressured, they were honest and fair throughout. They worked very hard to get to the price we were looking for, even getting us a lower than advertised interest rate. They even through in an extra 3 months of Sirius Satellite Radio!! We shopped around at several dealerships in MA and RI, and Steingold Volvo team was heads and tails above all others, making us feel right at home and ensuring we received the best deal around. I stopped in to see if there were any used Volvos similar to my 2004 with less mileage. There was only one, but it had everything I wanted with quite low mileage. Michael made it so easy.
