Mike Berkowicz worked with me through my buying experience. He provided candid information about the car and my trade. I had agreed to a price for the new Legacy via email with the internet sales group, and mike carried the ball after that. I visited the dealer ship for an appraisal on my trade. Mike came back with no BS and told me the trade amount. I had done quite a bit of research and knew the trade amount Mike quoted me was a fair price. There was no getting the sales manager involved for the usual dance back and forth. Mike made my purchase simple without stress. When I came to pick up the car Mike had let me know that the paperwork and checking out the car would take a couple hours. Simple thing to know yet many dealers skip these things. I knew what to expect so I had planned on the time needed. As we completed the paper work the My Subaru Link still had the traded in legacy on the software on my phone. We couldn’t seem to delete it. Mike spent at least thirty minutes on the telephone talking to the My Subaru people to solve the problem. I expected him to just send me on my way and let me deal with the issue later. I was impressed with his level of customer service, along with his no BS approach to dealing with me. This was my vest new car buying experience. You cannot buy advertisement like you will get from a very happy customer. Obviously friends and family will hear about the great experience I received at Patrick Subaru. Much appreciated.
