I don’t like the customer service. I took my car in last May for a recall never got any calls after the first call and when I got it back I had less than 5 miles of gas left, My tires I took my car in last May for a recall never got any calls after the first call and when I got it back I had less than 5 miles of gas left, My tires were low, my oil life was a 23% and I had to take it back to get it inspected. I am not very happy with this Ford Team. I will not come back to purchase another vehicle. More

The experience was poor. I left my car at 8:15 in the morning. When I returned close to 4 PM in the afternoon, they hadn't started on it once I arrived. They did a hurry up i I left my car at 8:15 in the morning. When I returned close to 4 PM in the afternoon, they hadn't started on it once I arrived. They did a hurry up inspection on one of the recalls, and told me they didn't have the part to do the other recall in two checks with the service advisors. Both of those folks told me that they did have the parts. So, my conclusion is they didn't work on my car because it was an old car and it was not making any money for them to do the recall work. More
