We worked out details through text and email, came to an agreement, and Rene, the finance guy, got us a rate we couldn't beat on our own. Ryan Fisher worked through all of the purchase process with us via email, text and phone. I can't say enough about how easy these guys made our buying experience. While it was nerve wracking agreeing to purchase a car 6 hours from home we had never seen, we made the trip to Austin and found everything to be just as was portrayed. The vehicle was exactly what we were looking for at a price that couldn't be beat, and there were no hidden fees, no ridiculous pressure to buy things we didn't want.
