Unethical underhanded sales staff only interested in their profit margin without concern for consumers safety with their used cars. I picked a used car and found mechanical safety issues after having i their profit margin without concern for consumers safety with their used cars. I picked a used car and found mechanical safety issues after having it checked by my mechanic before purchasing. Sales and I shook hands on final price including a few missing items on car. Returned to finalize the purchase and the lies and underhanded tactics began. In the end they raised the price 2k from original agreement and no repairs...buy as is. Unbelievable! If you go here...get everything in writing and watch your back...or you'll get stabbed as I did. More

Michael was extremely helpful, honest, & knowledgeable. I came out from San Diego because they were able to work with me on pricing over the phone which was awesome! The staff stayed late on a weekend so I w came out from San Diego because they were able to work with me on pricing over the phone which was awesome! The staff stayed late on a weekend so I was able to finish my purchase & I really appreciate them for not rushing me at all. They went over the financing with me and made sure I was comfortable with everything. This dealership was one of 6 that I went to for a new car and they were absolutely the best one. Sales was not overly pushy/aggressive, finance was able to work with me, and the customer service in general of everyone involved was 10/10. More

Friendly and Knowledgeable I have only made one vehicle purchase in my life and that was with my mother to help me ask the right questions so I was a little unsure of myself whe I have only made one vehicle purchase in my life and that was with my mother to help me ask the right questions so I was a little unsure of myself when it came time for me to stop by myself..
