People I spoke to were very nice. The only issue I had was that we live over an hour away and this was the second time we had to bring my vehicle in for the same thing. Service closed 2 hourz early cause me to leave my car overnight. I asked for documents to be emailed for my car to be picked up by 3rd party. No email and also got my car 3 days late because I could not overnight. I asked for documents to be emailed for my car to be picked up by 3rd party. They made us feel like family and made sure all our requests were fulfilled.
