I felt really relaxed with Michael,He listened to what i needed. Looked up exactly what I told him i .could spend. He never once pressured me and that made a big difference and i asked him if he could tak needed. Looked up exactly what I told him i .could spend. He came back to me and they accepted my offer and I bought the car. George was also great and was quite efficient. I had a great experience with everyone. Absolutely do not recommend this dealership. My car was delivered to me from the dealer with a chip in the paint and without the additional accessories that were listed in my purchase agreement My car was delivered to me from the dealer with a chip in the paint and without the additional accessories that were listed in my purchase agreement (tint and door protectors). After arguing with the sales team the day of delivery, I did get them to agree to reimburse me for the cost of the paint repair and for me to have my windows tinted - these “accessories” they force upon you as part of the sales process and a shady practice to begin with, especially when they deliver a car without these additions. When I provided an estimate from a reputable body shop they balked at the cost. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere when purchasing a car. More
