My husband and I live in Smyrna and searched the internet for some good deals before heading out to purchase our first new car. We called a few dealerships including Newton Nissan after seeing several excell for some good deals before heading out to purchase our first new car. We called a few dealerships including Newton Nissan after seeing several excellant deals on websites, but did not want to drive the distance to Gallatin. We decided to just start looking at dealerships in our area and work that direction if we couldn't find similar to what Newton Nissan advertised. After visiting several dealerships and car lots and being told that there was no way that Newton Nissan could honor the deal they had spoken over the phone, we decided to see for ourselves and went to Gallatin. We asked for Donnie Mallory because he had directed us earlier on the phone and he not only honored the price he had quoted us, but due to some holiday weekend deals, was even able to give us a lower price! He was extremely experienced and informative making the experience smooth and comfortable with no pressure. All questions were answered honestly and we even had the opportunity to thank the general manager for the experience we had with Donnie and this dealership. We will never again hesitate to know where to go when buying our next vehicle. Whether we buy new or used, I know we will be taken care of at Newton Nissan. More

My Journey started Newton Nissan's Website on a September 4th Tuesday 2012 to get pre-approved on a vehicle. Following day I got an email from Nissan about vehicles that they offered then to look at models a 4th Tuesday 2012 to get pre-approved on a vehicle. Following day I got an email from Nissan about vehicles that they offered then to look at models and 2nd email from a sales person. Started working with sales person via email since I work during the day and then do Search and Rescue, Recovery and im a EMT-IV as well as well US&R Task Force 2. None the less I am very busy. About 5 days after filling out the form I was told I am approved and able to move forward in the deal. Now Sales Person Bo Denton was very nice and actually never made me feel like I was wasting her time. Was like what type of car and lets get you on a test drive. That was Thursday. That Saturday I showed up. They accidentally sold the car they wanted me to look at and roll with as an option first. Went over options and things I wanted and found some solutions. Took a test drive and decided to move forward. It was late in evening so we had to wait till Monday. Went up Monday was there by 5pm. Bo was there and we started working thru the paperwork. She already had them detail the vehicle and it was ready for driving off. Bo was extremely easy to work with genuinely cared about my concerns and questions. This was my first brand new car in my life. We went thru starting to move my stuff from my vehicle after a few forms and then my rescue equipment. We then Talked to Ryan Martin a few times but he finally fished working out the negotiation with the bank. We then took a break and went into finance. There I worked with Bruce Moss - Finance Manager. He also had came out while we were looking at the vehicle and moving stuff to the new vehicle. Was interactive and nice and asking questions with Bo. After inside was very detail oriented and explained everything to me. Was patient through all my questions. Was great at explaining everything with me. Gave me examples to what things were and what they did. Was very good to make sure i understood pro's/con's. Was very nervous this being first car and understanding everything. After done with finance. Bo went outside with me and helped me finish everything to get moved over. Bo went over the car with me and made sure I understood everything. What we could not get answered would be address when I come in later to have something installed. Over all I would rate this experience 4.5 on scale 1 to 5. First time buying a car new from a dealership. The people and dealership were great. I drove from Lavergne area all way up to Dealership instead of going to dealership only 15 min away. 1 Hour drive gave me seller support in navigating to buying a new car. My daughter and I recently bought a car from Newton Nissan. We were a little nervous being two women knowing nothing about cars going to a dealership by ourselves; however, the minute we walked in the Nissan. Our sales person was Jerry Broaddus. He was awesome and put no pressure on us to make a purchase or hurry up. He made us feel very comfortable and was very patient as we drove car after car. Once we decided to buy a car they sent us to Rob King who got us an incredible interest rate. When we went to pick the car up Jerry was so helpful he showed my daughter exactly what the car did and told us all about all the different gadgets. I live in Atlanta and my car was stolen. I had a Nissan Murano that my parents got at Newton Nissan and it was awesome. We knew that they would help us the most they could and they would give us the best deal they could find. When we got there Mike Abbondanza immediately came and talked to us and was incredibly helpful. Then Jerry Broaddus came to help us look at all the cars. He walked us around the lot looking at all the different cars and then got the keys of all the cars I wanted to try driving. He sat in the back of four different cars riding around with my mom and I as I tested out the different cars. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave me information about each car I wouldn't have thought to ask about. The last car we drove was a Nissan Murano and I ended up getting another Nissan Murano. Jerry showed me how to work everything in the car and made sure we weren't test driving any cars that were out of our budget. He was awesome and was the most helpful sales consultant my mom and I have ever had. Then, Rob King helped us with the financing. He spent time actually looking for the best rate and was incredibly friendly while we were waiting. He was also very funny and the time flew by. We spent hours at the dealership and it didn't seem like a long dragged out period of time. Everyone was so great and they made the experience of buying a car enjoyable.
