I brought my truck in because my check engine light was indicating knock sensor failure. Micha quoted me $2,500 to replace it. I was extremely skeptical of this quote and checked online and saw estimates f indicating knock sensor failure. Micha quoted me $2,500 to replace it. I was extremely skeptical of this quote and checked online and saw estimates for this repair much less. I came and picked up the truck and expressed my concern to the service rep on duty. He seemed to detect that something might be wrong but, wanted to speak to Micha in the morning. He told that they would call me. No one called. I checked with another Ford dealer and was quoted $1,300 for the same repair! When I picked up the truck the check engine light was off and has not come back on making me skeptical that I even needed the repair. He also, included in the quote to replace my air filter and cabin filter for $150! The parts cost approximately $60 bucks and take 5 minutes to install total. I bought my truck from you guys and it only has 58k on it and the knock sensor is supposed to last the life of the vehicle. I am very disappointed with my service. More

I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience getting service done at a Ford dealership up until now. This must be the dealership that Ford sends their trainees to. I guarantee you will leave wit getting service done at a Ford dealership up until now. This must be the dealership that Ford sends their trainees to. I guarantee you will leave with more problems than you had before. And then they will have the audacity to ask you to bring it back in so they can run more tests. The commission breath is real. Avoid this place if you care about your car. More

Christopher was so pleasant to work with. He was not high pressure or quick to make a sale with us. WE loved our buying experience with him and will come back again in the future. I never received the phone call I asked before the repairs were completed. Also, I question whether the alignment was even performed. After paying for and picking up the car, I told the service adviso repairs were completed. Also, I question whether the alignment was even performed. After paying for and picking up the car, I told the service advisor it was still driving the same and asked him for the before and after settings report, to which the advisor said “they threw it away” leaving me with no way to be sure the alignment was even performed. I am unhappy with the service I received during this visit and will be contacting the department to discuss further. More
