I recently serviced my Car Mazda CX5 as your Lake Ford. Please see my feedback below. I wanted to share the reasons for my early service and the concerns I have following the recent visit: Reason for Early Service I scheduled the service earlier than usual because I will be out of the country for two months and wanted to ensure everything was checked beforehand. Brake Pads and Tires My vehicle advisor strongly recommended replacing brake pads and tires immediately, whereas my previous advisor in August indicated they could last another year—until August 2026. When I mentioned I needed a few more months, the advisor responded sarcastically, which was disappointing. Driving Experience After Service I do not notice any improvement in driving conditions after the service. Typically, the car feels smoother and less noisy, but this time it seems the maintenance was not properly done. Also my odometer still shows 800 miles to service. I assume this was not reset. Windshield Wipers When I signed the maintenance mileage contract, I was told windshield wipers would be replaced annually. However, when I asked during this visit, I was informed this is not covered. Costs and Promises I paid $838 for maintenance mileage, $2,638 for the vehicle service contract, and additional charges for the Prema Plate. During the sales process, I was promised quality service and annual wiper replacement. Currently, I am neither receiving the expected service nor the promised replacements. (I understand brake pads and tires are not covered.) Car Wash My car was not washed or cleaned, even though I was told this is complimentary. When I asked, the advisor said it was too cold to wash the car. I have never heard this reason from other dealers. Furthermore, why was the car wash included on the invoice if it was not completed? Isn't this cheating your customer who has trusted your team? Overall highly disappointed with your service this time. I haven't had a bad experience with Lake Ford. Micah is accommodating as much as he can be. Sometimes he talks too fast and I have to catch up. Overall, I am satisfied with customer service. Luis was kind, mostly everyone is rude and doesn'tseem to want to help or explain anything.
