Not impressed. My new PHEV escape is not going up to the initial 44 miles range. The EV baterry was drained and now it only recharges to about 22 mile range. I was charged over $200 for the diagnosis, on a less than 2 month old car. They didn't solve the issue. The explanation of the problem was very unsatisfactory.
