I am SO glad I chose a mazda for my new car, and so glad I ended up at Jim Ellis Mazda with Sagar! I brought my dad with me because I have heard horror stories about the car shopping experience, especially I ended up at Jim Ellis Mazda with Sagar! I brought my dad with me because I have heard horror stories about the car shopping experience, especially as a woman by myself, and I went in hoping for the best but preparing for the worst! The “best” that I was hoping for was exceeded by Sagar! My dad commented that this was the best car shopping experience he has ever had and he has had many. There was no back and forth or hidden fees- we let the team know what we were asking for for my trade in and what we were hoping to pay and those requests were met with absolutely no trouble! After this experience, I am confident I will be in the Mazda family for life! More

We will certainly highly recommend Jim Ellis Mazda to our family and friends. Rhyan was great with the paperwork and finance advise. P.S. I am probably going to contact Mia in the near future...I probably have a number of areas that I might need her help with...I must say that I am a little timid about pressing buttons and controls and I am sure she will be a great help. We LOVE our new CX-50 and so does everyone we have showed it to...it's a BEAUTY! More

Our sales representative Seth was a pleasure to work with, very straightforward and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make this experience as easy as possible, no pressure at all. He worked with us on a price that was reasonable and at the end of the day we drove away with our new CX-5 with no regrets. We also had a very pleasant experience with Lance while he went through the "paperwork/finance" side of the sale. The process was quick and painless. Mia assisted us with the delivery end of the process, explaining vehicle/entertainment features as well as ensuring both our Mazda App was working and our phone connected to Android Auto before our long drive home. If you’re considering making a purchase, it would be worth your time to check them out for yourself. An overall great experience with a professional sales team. More
