Horrible I bought a 2015 chevy sonic here and after having it for only 12 days the check engine light went on. I brought it back to merchants where they said t I bought a 2015 chevy sonic here and after having it for only 12 days the check engine light went on. I brought it back to merchants where they said they fixed it, 10 days after that the check engine light came on again found out they never fixed the original problem. I went to the sales person who I bought the car from to tell him I didn't want the car anymore he pretend he had no clue who I was but was my best friend when he took my down payment and was making his sale. He said he couldnt help me, that I would just have to get the part fixed at the service center. So i took my car to the service center to be fixed, and while at the service center one of the employees hit my car with another car. This place is a disaster they lie and are only concerned about making there money. I went several times and asked to speak to a manager and there never was one on there was always some excuse. I would never buy a car here again or let them touch my vehical! More

Service department sucks So I had a decent experience with the salesman. But I purchased my car before it had been threw there shop. Picked it up a few days later only to find many problems that should have been addressed. So dropped it back off to be fixed. So I get the car back 10 days later only to find some issues not fixed and they broke something when they had it. So I had to bring it back again. 18 days later I got the call to pick it up. And wouldn't you know it still not fixed. So 5 weeks after purchasing my car I finally have and it's still broken but I am done dealing with them. More

Great Sales Model; this is how a vehicle purchase should go! I drove to Merchants expecting the "typical" car buying experience where you get accosted by sales people before you can even make it into the dealers I drove to Merchants expecting the "typical" car buying experience where you get accosted by sales people before you can even make it into the dealership, and then go through the agonizing haggling with vehicle price. Then there is the financing...which is a whole other headache at other dealerships I have encountered in the past. NOT at Merchants! We were welcomed into the dealership without any stress. We sat down with Chris Kordas in Sales who was straight forward, easy going, and not at all judgmental. We knew which vehicles we were looking for from the website and Chris was able to quickly give us an update on the vehicles' availability. We sat with Steve Coimbria in Finance and we were given options as far as financing and were not pressured for a decision. We found an issue with the contract following our purchase and called Chris...he was able to easily rectify the situation with Marcus Luce and we received a new corrected contract without any aggravation or bother. I would definitely buy from Merchant's again. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end and from GM to Sales staff, Service department, and cashier. Thanks. This is how a vehicle purchase should go. You have a great sales model. Keep up the good work. More
