Waited over two weeks for an appointment. Finally dropped for an engine code on my 2017 Fusion Energi. Was asked if the battery was checked, and I noted that it was. I was told that the battery would be checked first, and if found to be okay, I would need top get a diagnostic, which was quoted at $175.00. Battery replacement was not quoted at this time. Left vehicle 9:30 am Thursday. I texted a phone number provided at 3:30 to get a status. It was just a battery check, seriously.. Was told that he battery was bad, and had to ask how much the battery replacement would be. Advisor did not know how much a battery replacement was, and had to call me back. I thought that was odd since the price is on the wall as you walk in. Advisor called back and told me it would be $383. I was being charged for a diagnostic AND a battery replacement. I told the advisor that was incorrect, and she agreed to that I was not be charged for diagnostic that wasn't needed per our conversation at drop off. I was quoted the proper battery change cost at $174.00. I went to pick up my vehicle the next day, only to see another $87 on the ticket. I was told that the charge was for a BMS reset. A BMS reset was never quoted or told it was required. After noting that I was not a pleased with getting multiple incorrect quotes, the $87 charge was removed. Seems all very shady and doubt I will never come back, nor would I purchase a new vehicle here, which I was in the market for. More

I receive recall alerts for the rear camera on my F250 by text and email about twice a month. I scheduled the repair 6 months or so ago and dropped my truck for the repair. The following day, they had me com text and email about twice a month. I scheduled the repair 6 months or so ago and dropped my truck for the repair. The following day, they had me come back and get it because they didn't have the part they scheduled to replace for me. Today, I dropped the truck off again for the same recall AFTER asking them to confirm they had the camera this time. They just brought it back to me unrepaired because they did not have the part again. This service department is a clown show. More
