He had the windows tinted and it was ready the next day for me to pickup. Melvin set me up with Tut Edwards for closing. Tut is a joy to work with. Arranging financing could not have been easier. With clear explanations of options decisions were easily made. Form printing and signatures progressed with light hearted banter and over as quickly as possible. I have bought several vehicles from this dealership over the last 17 years. It has always been an excellent experience. I started with Joshua Fichter as my salesman and even though he has deservedly moved up in the dealership is still friendly and available to help when needed. I found the perfect car through their website, reached out to them, and within minutes, I received a phone call from Melvin, the Internet Sales Manager. He was such a pleasure to work with. The price was a steal; definitely the least expensive option I had seen for a brand new car of the trim I wanted. Unfortunately, that car sold before I had a chance to claim it, however Melvin was very quick to find me an identical car in a different color, at the same price. I went to the dealership the very next day to pick it up. I drove in from out of town, so when I arrived at the dealership, my new car had already been detailed, and was waiting for me on display in front of their building. It was perfect!
