Awesome experience for today's busy lifestyle!!!!!!! After purchasing vehicles for close to 20 years from the same dealer and same contact he finally retired on me this past Summer. I have purchased 12 vehicles from him in those 20 years and it was time to find someone new. After talking to several people I spoke to Mel Seibel and discussed with him how spoiled I was and did not want to spend an eternity in a dealership. His comment to me was "If you spend that much time with me we had better be talking college football or baseball". I agreed to meet with Mel and I am so glad I did, we discussed what I wanted and then I left after about 40-45 minutes with him. He then sent me several options on purchase an lease programs on the F-150's I have been buying for years, after a few more emails I decided on the vehicle and Mel put the pencil to paper and came up with an incredible deal for my situation. From Initial meeting to driving off in my new F-150 I was in the dealership less than 2 hours. Mel did a fabulous job and I have a standing appointment with him in about 24 months to do it all over again. Freddie don't worry I did not forget about you. After we agreed on the price and vehicle it was time to go to finance (oh lord here we go). I met Freddie Valdovinos and was again amazed, he did not try to upsell me on a bunch of warranty and repair plans I did not need. We talked for a bit and he listened to my situation and presented a plan that was more than acceptable to me. I know this sounds like a Five Star Ford commercial but I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the work they did and the time they saved me, I will bring all of my future business to Five Star Ford. At no time of this purchase process, did I receive any pressure, or any hassle, this was great, it was a very smooth and quick experience. Mel answer all our questions and processed the necessary paper work efficiently. Mel is an honest, fair and with his experience he is an excellent Sales Manager.
