Called to inquire about a particular in-stock vehicle in-stock and upon confirming with a salesperson it was, I made the 100 mile drive to Audi of Pembroke Pines. Upon arrival I met with sales specialist in-stock and upon confirming with a salesperson it was, I made the 100 mile drive to Audi of Pembroke Pines. Upon arrival I met with sales specialist Mike Petramale. He had already pulled the vehicle off the lot and had it ready for a test drive. Mike was very informative and knew the product very well, as did I considering I've only owned Audi vehicles for the past 20 years. This being a CPO Audi and having thoroughly researched the vehicle, all was in order, including their requested price. Discussion of my trade (another Audi) was quick and efficient, there was no "we use XYZ reference to value trades", or back and forth with sales manager, etc.; I was given exactly what I expected and requested for my trade. Our mutual expectations were met on the first and only round of negotiation - if one would call it that. Mike was very transparent about their vehicle, breaking down how they valued it for sale, pointing out any add-ons, taxes and fees and gave me the out the door price. Financing was seamless and effortless as well; I was offered a plethora of lenders and rates all within a very small degree of variance. Melvin Pichardo in Finance had everything ready to go, he was efficient and very low (no) pressure. The majority of the time was expended on the test drive and the delivery detailing; pricing agreement, insurance and financing took maybe 30 minutes tops. By far the best vehicle purchasing I've ever had. Kudos to the team at Audi of Pembroke Pines. More
