We bought our truck here about five years ago which was a good experience. Since then we have had two recalls on the truck and the dealership stated that the parts were not present every time we called to ha good experience. Since then we have had two recalls on the truck and the dealership stated that the parts were not present every time we called to have it fixed. Now the truck is not drivable due to the recalls. They are stating it’ll be 2-3 weeks before it can even be looked at. And in the meantime NO RENTAL CAR IS PROVIDED. So we are without a primary vehicle in the home for 2 or 3 weeks. This is absolutely unacceptable. We will not be using this dealership again ever. Beware the customer service is all fine and dandy to buy the car/truck but after that you can forget it. If you want a Dodge I suggest going to Kernersville or Greensboro. They give customer service through the life of the vehicle not just at the sale. More

Absolutley the Worst Service Department Almost impossible to get to answer a phone call. Fail to return phone calls. Fail to follow up on issues when you actually do speak to some one. Can never see your vehicle in a timely manner even if it has completely stopped running due to defective parts. All this while under warranty. As one of the only Ram dealers in the Winston Salem area you are forced to deal with them for warranty issues. Completely incompetent with horrible customer service and not at all concerned about it. Waiting area is clean and free coffee among other including free WiFi. Will use this service center for any further of my Ram's needs. Highly recommended! More
