People were nice but vehicles weren’t so hot. I bought a Chevy Colorado brand new in 2016. There were all sorts of issues with it for 3 years. I sold it at 40,000 miles. Every 3-4 months, the computer gave Chevy Colorado brand new in 2016. There were all sorts of issues with it for 3 years. I sold it at 40,000 miles. Every 3-4 months, the computer gave a reduced engine power error that limits your speed and required maintenance at the dealership. I enjoyed the truck when it worked, but I could never trust it. I had the diesel version, which had good gas mileage and good tow capacity for the size. I had to change out the diesel tank, entire diesel exhaust system twice, 4 different sensors, and random check engine lights that only required a software update. I got rid of it before the warranty was over... I didn’t want to risk owning it outside of warranty. Very disappointing. my grandad has had similar issues with vehicles he has bought there. More

Our sales representative, Melody Pollard, was knowledgable, engaging, and caring. She was able to show us the perfect car for our needs from the large selection of cars on the lot.. The purchase process was up front and direct. We easily negotiated a fair and manageable price for the car we wanted with a very positive outcome. Melody thoroughly explained the many functions of our new car and helped us set up phone, etc. before we left. The service department delivered a clean car with a full tank of gas and off we went. Only a couple of pleasant hours from start to finish for this purchase. It is our pleasure to recommend Wilson County Motors Chevrolet Buick GMC.
