This recent service experience left me so very very disappointed! As if repairs at the dealership aren't pricey already, there was a sign informing me that I would be subject to an additional 3% charg disappointed! As if repairs at the dealership aren't pricey already, there was a sign informing me that I would be subject to an additional 3% charge if I chose to use a credit card! Could I have walked out and taken my business elsewhere? Absolutely.. maybe. I own a model that's somewhat unique (Chevy Volt) so finding an alternative place for service has been a bit challenging in my area (but you can be darn sure I'm going to try harder to find one)! I urge the dealership management to reconsider this practice. I know it has become the "fashionable" thing to do these days but I really feel the costs for accepting credit cards should be considered a cost of doing business, the way utilities, shop supplies and other related fees are. More

Melly met us when bringing in our car for routine service. She is extremely pleasant to work with. She arranged for an Uber for me to return home and a new text when our car was ready for pickup an service. She is extremely pleasant to work with. She arranged for an Uber for me to return home and a new text when our car was ready for pickup and I was promptly picked up to return to Jessup for my car. She does a fantastic job of calling or texting if their is a problem or when the car is ready. She is a great asset to Jessup! More

When I called for an appointment for an oil change, I also requested that the technician drive my car for an opinion on how hard it is to steer. They said “absolutely”. But when I arrived Melly said I’d also requested that the technician drive my car for an opinion on how hard it is to steer. They said “absolutely”. But when I arrived Melly said I’d have to leave my car 2-3 days as they have limited technicians to run a diagnostic on the steering. WTH??? Jessup replaced the power steering in January 2024 and the steering isn’t great. I could have chosen a much cheaper place for the oil change!!! More
