I had an appointment to bring my car in for a safety recall. I was greeted up on arrival. My appointment was pretty much on time. I was told approximately how long the service would take. My car was ready in the time frame advised. My car was washed afterwards. I did notice my clock and pre set radio stations were off time/stations. They’ve been amazing every time I’ve gone to get my car serviced. I genuinely feel like I get great deals and they have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. My appointment was for 3:40pm but I dropped my car off at 8am early and they had my oil change, inspection, and both sets of breaks done by 2pm. I’m moving to the west side of town in a month but I’ll likely continue going to southside kia because they’re the best! More

I have taken my Kia Soul to Southside Kia for 5 years. Service is outstanding every time. Rilley has been in charge of my service the last 2 times. He does a great job.
