I was trying to get back home from out of town when my underplays came unattached. I was thankfully only 10 min from a Ford dealership. I came in very stressed out and at the brink of tears. The lady at t underplays came unattached. I was thankfully only 10 min from a Ford dealership. I came in very stressed out and at the brink of tears. The lady at the service desk was amazing! She completely understood my situation and did everything she could to help me out in that moment despite then closing within the hour. She found a team member to assist me and not only helped me with the entire process in the most supportive way possible but also made the whole experience 100x less stressful. I was so thankful to her and everyone who helped and told them just how thankful my own father was as well for helping me to get the rest of the way home! Truly, the most hospitable and kindness dealership I’ve ever been to! More

I called Canton Ford about scheduling my F150 for some recall work and spoke to Melissa. She told me in detail how long the work would take and scheduled me for the next business day. Drop off at the se recall work and spoke to Melissa. She told me in detail how long the work would take and scheduled me for the next business day. Drop off at the service department was quick and easy and the repair was done in the estimated time. Great communication and friendly employees at this dealership and service department. More
