I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars! Our sales lady Melissa and also Mike made the buying process so easy and smooth. They got everything completed online for us. Charlie in finance was also the most amazing finance person we have ever worked with buying a car, he stayed in constant communication and answered any questions we had. Melissa even went out of her way to personally deliver our new car to us over 2 hours away. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family, they gained a life long customer. Xavier is top notch. We live in Wauwatosa and always make the drive out to this KIA not only for the incredible service and staff but now to see Xavier! He is a stand up guy who understands that most people can see through the gimmicks of car sales and takes a professional and reasonable approach. He is the reason we wanted to stay with this KIA for our next lease. We could have gone back to the Illinois KIA or any other, but he made us feel like the no pressure approach was where we wanted to bring our business. We knew we needed to trade in but we didn’t need to go here, we wanted to. He is a great communicator, meets you where you’re at and doesn’t butter you up then change when he doesn’t like what you have to say or try To negotiate. Even keeled and chill! He kept in touch enough for us to keep our eye on the target without getting pressured or annoyed. We love Xavier! More
