They always take such great care of my car! ! Sergio was my advisor and he coordinated with Eddie in Parts to get what my car needed. Gerry the technician fixed my car and it runs perfectly! Chr ! Chris, Ron, and Melissa run an awesome department from the advisors to the technicians. Everyone should bring their cars and trucks to Jessup Auto Plaza’s Service Department. I was in for a repair on a power button that was faulty and once again the dealership could not promise me a loaner car without having to go to enterprise down the street. For a luxury car dealer, it seems and once again the dealership could not promise me a loaner car without having to go to enterprise down the street. For a luxury car dealer, it seems that loaners should be on hand and ready to provide to customers especially during a repair of a faulty part under warranty on a car that’s only 10 months old. Also, it took 6 hours to complete repair and multiple calls for updates that were never answered. The text link for updates were never updated. More

The truck was repaired perfectly and the service advisor was able to work with my extended warranty company to have it all covered under warranty. I was very happy!! The only area that could use improvement was able to work with my extended warranty company to have it all covered under warranty. I was very happy!! The only area that could use improvement is communication on the progress. A call would have been nice with an update. More
