Water 2 hours while was oil was being changed. Then told battery failed test. Jessup didn’t identify they changed battery 10 months earlier. So I thought it had been replaced by another Chevy deal Then told battery failed test. Jessup didn’t identify they changed battery 10 months earlier. So I thought it had been replaced by another Chevy dealer. I went home pulled maintenance records that showed Jessup replaced it. Called Jessup told them they had replaced it. They called back confirming that they had replaced it May 2024. Had to return next day to replace battery. I feel it was handled poorly. More

As always, we feel like VIPs when we come to the dealership. I know we are not, but that is how they make everyone feel. Tony is great. The car had been serviced just days before I got a notice that they had not asked me to make a repair that was needed. I brought the car back in and The car had been serviced just days before I got a notice that they had not asked me to make a repair that was needed. I brought the car back in and the service was complimentary by you management department which was very nice. However, while they had the car for that additional service they found I needed a new battery. I simply can’t understand why this was not discovered when I brought it in the first time for its 50k service. Oh well. Still love Jessup! More
