I recently posted that I was upset about my trade in with a new truck purchase. I received a call from the general manager concerning my posting and we had a very productive conversation during which she exp a new truck purchase. I received a call from the general manager concerning my posting and we had a very productive conversation during which she explained what had happened and expressed concern about my perception of how that part of the process had disappointed me. We both cleared the air around the trade in issue and I feel the need to clarify an important issue. I was never dissatisfied with any of my interactions with the staff at Leif Johnson. Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional throughout my experience with them. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Drew, Jeff, or Wesley in the future. I particularly appreciate the follow up phone call I got. I believe that speaks well of an organization that’s willing to own it and explain it when it comes to customer care. More
