Hi! My name is Melissa. I am from Northern NJ. I started sales in the fall of 2017. I enjoy the countryside of Orange County NY. My family loves to apple pick in the various orchards in Orange County. I love to hike and visit historical places in the area. You'd be amazed of all the history that Orange County has to offer! I'm a dog lover! I have two labs, Bailey and Guinness. They join us on our hikes. Guinness loves to find any puddle and lay in it... I also love to cook when I have time. My five year old niece loves to cook with me. I am kid friendly! Lol I used to be a nanny for 14 years. Watching kids grow and become their own person was very rewarding to me. I always have toys in my desk to help entertain them so it makes your car buying experience less of a hassle.

I used Consumers Report Car Buying to identify a RX 350 equiped with the options I wanted. I sent a request to Lexus Of Orange County in Middletown, NY for quotes. They sent me quotes (the next day) for va equiped with the options I wanted. I sent a request to Lexus Of Orange County in Middletown, NY for quotes. They sent me quotes (the next day) for various RX 350s and were contacted by Melissa Horan to see if I needed assistant. I called Melissa Horan the next and told her the car I wanted. That same day I purchased the car at the price quoted by Consumers' Report included any fees. Melissa Horan was very helpful and easy to work with. I have purchased several new cars in the past and I can say this was the easiest I ever experienced. More

Excellent customer service!! I just went in for pricing and to see if I could get a loan during these uncertain times.I was shocked I was able to leave THE SAME DAY in an awesome affordable car at a loan and to see if I could get a loan during these uncertain times.I was shocked I was able to leave THE SAME DAY in an awesome affordable car at a loan rate I could afford :) they even took my old car I didn’t think was worth anything. Stephen worked diligently at getting me at my price range. Melissa was a rockstar from putting plates on the car to sanitizing my old one, she’s not afraid to het her hands dirty! Even followed up after a week to see if I was happy. Highly recommend shopping here!! More
