I know when visiting I will have a nice conversations with a few of their staff members while I wait for my vehicle to be serviced. Melissa is one that always takes a few minutes to sit and talk with me every time I am there. Several years ago I Melissa (Missy) is always kind and considerate to all customers. Not only is she good looking, she also has a great personality. Several years ago I had a vehicle in for service, and when I was checking out with Missy, I show my displeasure for the amount of the bill. It was much more than I was expecting. Missy saw that I was not happy, but she just smiled and handled the situation professionally. Several days later I received a coupon in the mail from Missy. It was for a free oil change.
