I brought my car in for an oil change on a Saturday. I checked it in at 10:54 and was told it would be done around 3:00. My husband picked me up and our kids and I ran errands for the afternoon. I drove back to the dealership at 3 o’clock only to find they hadn’t started on my car, nobody had called me to tell me it wouldn’t be done by three and made me feel like an idiot because they said they were “short staffed” and I was a “walk-in” so she was surprised I would come back at three. Either way, communication goes along way. I actually wouldn’t have minded, leaving it longer, except the look I got from the advisor when I was surprised it hadn’t been completed. I asked for my car back, with no oil change and no real apologies. More

I will never use Roseville Chevrolet again they stripped my oil plug then tell me they would replace it but I pay have for the oil which I agreed to but felt was wrong.
