Erin, what can i say, did a wonderful job. (Tip of the hat to ryan for the assist) i drove a little over 4.5 hours to check out n purchase a vehicle on the hopes it would still be there. Lo n behold sure enough it was, erin n I took a quick little drive and ryan i believe gathered most of the paperwork. All went well, super smooth, quick, easy and painless. Appreciate the stories with the finiance gent and lady sitting in on the deal (sorry was tired and cant remember names) but good conversation definitely. Thank you to all who helped. Quite possibly the worst experience you could have at a car dealership. Saleswoman Kennedy was kind and helpful answering all questions I had about the vehicle. I then went on a test drive and really enjoyed the car. The good experience ended as soon as the test drive was over. I was asking questions about the pricing of the car just to have owner of the dealership come out and yell at me — very unprofessional. When deciding I wanted to purchase the car despite the negativity, the finance manager tried to slip a warranty into the price without telling me while signing the final papers. Overall, shady tactics and scummy behavior. Do yourself a favor and never buy from here, even if local. Drive elsewhere. More
My wife and I were pleased that our salesperson (Kennedy Kull) did not pressure us in our initial visit. She was very polite, knowledgeable, and understood that after our test drive (2020 MX-5 Miata) that we wanted time to make a decision. Once we decided to move forward, Kennedy made the transaction simple. She quickly handled all the paperwork including the financing. If we decide to purchase another Mazda in the future, we will make the one hour trip from Cleveland to Wooster to work with Kennedy again. Great person to work with. More
The sales team employs typical shady sales tactics that are cliche and the stereotypical salesman you do NOT want to deal with. The worst service department in Ohio. After my brand new 2023 car has broken down 4 times I asked for a loner and Roger from service told me to “F@$! OFF!” He should be fired. He has had my 2023 Cx-9 multiple times for a battery issue and most recently scratched my new car. He is the most worthless and rudest human being I have ever met in the car business. We didn't feel any pressure and buying our new car was actually a great experience. The paperwork and finance went smoothly. We checked with our local bank for interest rates and Mazda of Wooster said they could match the same rate. It ended up the rate was even less than what our bank quoted. We had great friendly and honest service. I would highly recommended Mazda of Wooster. More
