Horrible. I was sold a car. While it was in detailing to be cleaned, it was damaged. I didn’t realize it till I got home …the damage to corner of hood, grill, I was sold a car. While it was in detailing to be cleaned, it was damaged. I didn’t realize it till I got home …the damage to corner of hood, grill, fender and one of the lights didn’t work. I talked to salesman ( MEHMET ECIRLI) and nothing was done… was basically accused of damaging the grill, hood and fender in the 45 min it took me to get home! Also talked to sales manager… that was a waste of time… still nothing done… I left a voicemail with finance manager… never received a call back! Since moving to East Tn, I’ve purchased all cars from them… never again The worst part is I told the salesman when I bought the car, my daughter was looking at trading … then after I contacted him about the damage…he said to me “ if your daughter comes in to buy we will absolutely fix your car!!! That irritated me and my daughter she went to another dealer and purchased a new car. It’s sad they are so inclined to blame others but themselves! MEHMET ECIRLI salesman, the sales manager and finance manager were absolutely worthless and only care about the $$ After that comment from salesman neither one of us will ever buy from Ted Russel Nissan again!!!! More

They helped my husband in January to trade our old Rogue for a new Rogue. The best deals! They work hard to meet your needs—especially financially. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. More

We turned all necessary paperwork to cancel our extended service contract and gap ins on 4/12/2021. Spoke with andy on approximately june 20 and he told us more like 90 days .but said he would see if anythi service contract and gap ins on 4/12/2021. Spoke with andy on approximately june 20 and he told us more like 90 days .but said he would see if anything he could do to get it faster.so he called me back 30 minutes later and he said the best they could do was 25 days. Well next phone call in july around july 17th and spoke to bennie. He called somebody and called me back and said we would have in 7 tp 10 business. Didn't happen. Today i called the extended warranty company and they said contract has not been canceled yet.they gave me Tara's name bit i tried a couple of times no luck. The dinal straw is i called Bennie back at 2:30 and said he was on phone getting info. 2nd time today same story from him.he is blaming on covid19. Just want kind of business are they running over there?? More

They do lie to you and they never stop. We purchased a 2019 Titan truck and was promised a step to get in the bed of the truck. Worst Customer Service for such a Great Brand! We bought 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Ted Russell. Sales Rep keep calling us to leave 10/10 review. However, where certain sale issues were not resol We bought 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Ted Russell. Sales Rep keep calling us to leave 10/10 review. However, where certain sale issues were not resolved to our satisfaction, we reviewed with less than 9/10 review. Since then, the customer service and service department there had been horrible with us even for factory recalls, pre-paid oil-change appointments. For couple of service issues such as tires, visor and rubber moulding Ted Russel gave us quotes that are hundreds of $$$ higher than their competition just to deter us from coming there. The dealership advertises a replacement vehicle if you set up factory-recommended Warranty, but when you go there- "we do not have loaner vehicles today," which is almost everyday response. From their Sales reps to service managers, we have had horrible, rude and very un-professional experience. It is as if they forgot to smile the moment after you closed the deal. While you are making the deal, they offer you snacks and coffee, and make you comfortable but as soon as you bought the vehicle, their unprofessionalism is clearly palpable in their attitude and rudest customer service. Even Nissan recommended us to go to their competitor for future services and transferred our paid warranty to this other dealership. And we have had great experience at this other dealership- from free car wash to loaner vehicle for any service needing more than 2 hours. I will never do business with Ted Russell. I will encourage you do your homework before you go to Ted Russell. Call Nissan and ask them for the ratings of customer service. Do not let the perk based customer reviews on Google fool you! If anyone needs proofs of allegations I made, I can send them my receipts. More

Exellent customer service! I went in to Ted Russell Nissan looking to trade in my old Dodge Ram. I had seen the commercials for the $5500 trade in and wanted get more details. I I went in to Ted Russell Nissan looking to trade in my old Dodge Ram. I had seen the commercials for the $5500 trade in and wanted get more details. I walked in was greeted by Anthony Galyon, he asked what kind of vehicle I was looking for. I was looking for a newer used 7 passenger vehicle so we started off looking at several used suv's on their lot, I really liked the Toyota Highlander, Anthony helped compare the Toyota with a Nissan Pathfinder. Both vehicles were in the price range that I was looking for, I asked about the $5500 trade in and he informed me that it was only available on a new Nissan. So he showed me a 2014 Pathfinder which was real close to the price my price range. With the trade in value on my Dodge it put the price of a new Pathfinder at a great price. The whole experience was great from the salesman to the final number crunching with the finance manager. I would definitely recommend dealing with this dealership and their staff! Sincerely, Steve F.
