I had a fantastic experience at Gettel! I'm glad I stopped by to check out their 4Runner inventory, even though it was close to closing time. My salesman, Glenn Cooney, was incredibly frien I'm glad I stopped by to check out their 4Runner inventory, even though it was close to closing time. My salesman, Glenn Cooney, was incredibly friendly and quickly showed me a 4Runner that was exactly what I was looking for. The managers, Rob Sabine and Mehdi Kawen, checked in several times to ensure everything was going smoothly, which I really appreciated. They worked the numbers, got me approved quickly, and the entire process was seamless. In finance, Aldin was thorough and efficient, making the final steps a breeze. I'm thrilled with how everything turned out and couldn't be happier with my purchase at Gettel! More

The sales person was inexperienced and lazy. The called me to go pick up the car because it was “ready”.. When we got there I ended up waiting 3 1/2 hours before they called me. So no credit check or financing needed. Also, very sketchy sales tactics. They advertise a car for $5,000 and when you get there the invoice is $9,000. They claim “Dealer Fees” and this and that… Total BullS#it.. More

The car sales woman was great. She was very nice and helpful. The manager who we spoke to during the negotiating part of the process was also very nice and helpful. However the final part of the process which was to sign a million documents was the worst. We did not take the car the same day due to additional inspections that it was still pending. Went back the next morning and were told the process would be super fast. 3 hours we were waiting. We were told that we were 2nd in line and that it would be 20 minutes. After 3 hours waiting we asked if there was anyway we could see someone else. After I had calmly asked the receptionist that, a rep came by and asked us to be patient and as he was walking away he laughed in a mocking manner. Financial advisor was told that we were yelling and making a scene. Same rep would walk by and just laugh in a mocking manner. More

First of all I just want to thank Big Mike and Luigi since he did start working with us through this process, but big Mike did stick with us to the end. I appreciate him going out if his way to help us since he did start working with us through this process, but big Mike did stick with us to the end. I appreciate him going out if his way to help us with a new vehicle. I had to go through hoops to get a vehicle and even though it's brand new I did feel pressure to buy the car by the manager. He made it seem as if this was my option and only choice even though I was given the impression I could choose my own vehicle. Which as a consumer I should have had the choice. Like I said I'm happy for the new vehicle I wish the manager would have caterted to the fact that I have 3 kids and we needed a car with space for our kids. I would say as a whole the dealership teams seems very nice when they are not under pressure by their manager. On the day we bought the vehicle 2/24/2024, I definitely felt rushed and though the whole process, and was there all day. I know it takes time to complete the process regardless of the circumstances. I'm rating the dealership a 3 for that on top of the managers behavior. I am rating big Mike a 4 I mean his service was great he stuck with us all the way until the end I'm an truly greatful and the company should really be lucky to have real people that care for the customers like big Mike and Luigi, so thank you! More
