Purchased my third Acura from Autosport Acura of Denville this morning. I'm thrilled that Meghan Pakenham still works there. Even though she's been promoted she still made time to work with me along with Pro this morning. I'm thrilled that Meghan Pakenham still works there. Even though she's been promoted she still made time to work with me along with Product Specialist, Bernardo Amster. It's a tough buyer's market right now due to inventory shortages and ongoing delays; but, Meghan & Bernardo both took care of me the way you would expect a repeat customer to be treated. They pulled the chair out and cut thru as much of the process as they could to still make it a great purchase experience. I find Autosport to be very fair & straightforward. Their pricing for everything from vehicles to accessories is clearly written & presented in a transparent way. The Finance Manager, Jose Gonzalez, was also very straightforward & efficient. He discusses the extras, like extended warranties, in a comprehensive way that doesn't make you feel like your arm is being twisted. Compared to BMW, Mercedes & Lexus, pricing for items like Wheel & Tire protection, I find Acura pricing to be extremely reasonable. All of the Autosport employees from Sales thru Service are very friendly & professional. It's a nice, immaculately clean dealership that takes customer service very seriously. They have the same high-end amenities as other luxury brands minus the pretentious attitude! When I went in a week ago to look at the car, they were having a BBQ for customers & employees. Come on, who does that! If I could've bought the smell of shish kebob on the grill along with the car, I would have! Well done, once again!! More

I enjoy working with him to get all my concerns addressed Dana and Mark are excellent as well, you let them know you have a problem with your car, they say don't worry we ll take care if it just drop it off. they always think out of the box to resolve an issue. I have been dealing with acura sport for over 15 years. and have never been steered wrong from servicng my cars to buying new. The technicians do an excellent job. The people who serve you, make this dealership great place. More
