Waited over 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, gas cap installation and check engine light info. No one discussed any condition of my car with 0 feedback on anything including brakes, shocks or why my cap installation and check engine light info. Waiting room was neglected not from construction but neglect. Even the magazines were 5 or more years old. The car wash took nearly 1/2 hour. Will not be back. Sorry, I’m not usually this way.
