This review is based on Caleb Napier, Jennifer Smith, and the staff at David Scott Lee Buick GMC located in Crestview, Florida. We first chatted with Meagan once we arrived since we inquired about our GMC A the staff at David Scott Lee Buick GMC located in Crestview, Florida. We first chatted with Meagan once we arrived since we inquired about our GMC Acadia online. She quickly grabbed Caleb and we were off to the races! Once bringing the vehicle to us from across Hwy 85, Caleb started showing us all the bells and whistles it had and exactly how reliable this new vehicle could be for us. Every question we asked was answered quickly and knowledgeable from him. After spending a couple hours discussing prices, discounts, warranties, and trade-in values, we reached an agreement to purchase our first brand new vehicle since 1997! Caleb and the finance team went to work trying to find the best possible price, and interest rate they could on our behalf. Once the preliminary paperwork was signed we quickly transitioned to Jennifer Smith's office to go over credit score, interest rate %, warranty packages available, and how much enjoyment and use we would get out of our new Acadia AT4! This was the easiest and most relaxing experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle period. Hands down the best experience ever. Caleb may be young, but he handled us today like a Pro! Thank you so much! Wanna give a BIG shout out to Wayne McCraney, he has been a family friend to us since he was at Gilliland Cheverolet on Hwy 90, back in the early 90's. Chris was great to Work with on the purchase of my new truck. Most everything was handled over the phone so when I showed up, he had the truck prepped and ready for me and closing the deal was easy with t truck. This is my second truck from this dealer, and it has always been a great experience from the moment you walk in for sales and when you move on after the sale to service department, they treat you right in my experience. Enjoyable experience from start to finish from sales staff to service staff to finance staff. Latoya was knowledgeable and stayed to the very end to put my old plate on my beautiful new-to-me Jeep Wrang staff to service staff to finance staff. My daighter will be back when she is ready to get a new car and will want Latoya to assist her. We had been to several other dealerships and being a woman I was sometimes ignored by the male sales people. It’s nice to see that David Scott Lee employs lots of women!
