The main reason I didn't give a higher rating was due to the unprofessionalism I encountered from several employees. When I initially scheduled my appointment via text and needed to reschedule, I notified customer service through the same method. Although they adjusted the appointment time, they failed to send a confirmation text. Furthermore, the quality of the communication was poor, with numerous grammatical errors that made it feel more like texting a friend than interacting with a professional customer service representative. Additionally, upon arriving at the mechanic's, I observed groups of employees socializing rather than attending to their tasks. Moreover, I understand that waiting is sometimes unavoidable, the waiting room was uncomfortably small, and there were no refreshments available for clients during the two-hour wait. This lack of amenities was disappointing, especially after having paid a significant amount for maintenance, which contrasted sharply with the service experience I've had with other car companies. More
