I started my adventure with Miles on a Saturday.
I stopped in to drive a used BMW and it was not on the lot. While I was leaving Miles said have you thought about an Audi. I had not and Miles sho
I stopped in to drive a used BMW and it was not on the lot. While I was leaving Miles said have you thought about an Audi. I had not and Miles showed me the perfect vehicle - just in the wrong color. However, I found a white one on the website that had just been traded in. Miles was amazing. Miles handed me off to Miya to finish the transaction. Miya made an appointment for me on Monday at 3:00 to finalize the details. I arrived at 2:50. I had hoped some of my questions would be answered but it seemed they were not. She scurried back to the management office several times to ask the additional questions. While she was working with me, another customer came in and she proceeded to help them with rubber mats for their new car. The customer just happed to be someone I knew from Livingston and we both were perplexed at the situation. I patiently waited, finally after 10-15 minutes I walked back to the management office and asked for a different sales person. I also had asked Miya several questions about the SQ8 I was looking at - she did not know and we got lost going to the downtown dealership. I wanted to compare a new Q8 to the used SQ8 - Hunter rode downtown with me so we could do so. Hunter was amazing answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I was then handed off to Max. Of course, Max was fantastic and was able to finish the sale and again answer all my questions and make it feel like it was a big deal purchasing a used SQ8. Along the way Jason Shevlin gave me the $500 friends and family discount which was greatly appreciated. The beginning and end of this purchase were remarkable there were just a few bumps in the middle.
