I didn't feel pressured and the process was smooth and conversational. After agreeing to a deal on a new Tacoma, I sat with Max in Finance who put a bow on the whole thing. Max answered any of the more detailed questions I had around terms and warranties and spelled it all out for me in an easily understandable way. He was honest and told me where the value was without trying to upsell me on things that I really didn't need. I felt like I was a part of the team throughout the whole process, not some target for someone to make a few bucks on. I would highly recommend Sun Toyota for their customer service as well as wide selection of new and used vehicles. More
