While I do find the quality of service and repair to be satisfactory, the wait time is often much longer than estimated. While I used to solely utilize the Findlay Toyota service department for repairs and satisfactory, the wait time is often much longer than estimated. While I used to solely utilize the Findlay Toyota service department for repairs and routine maintenance, it seems beginning about 2-3 years ago additional service is ALWAYS recommended which winds up costing nearly $1K over my initial estimate. Because of these issues I have recently sought out other options for routine maintenance. More

I HAVE A 2001 TOYOTA CAMRY THAT I BOUGHT NEW. EVERY 4000 MILES SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAMRY; I HAVE GOT A TUNE-UP AND INSPECTION. I ALWAYS GET DONE EXACTLY WHAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS FROM EVERY 4000 MILES SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAMRY; I HAVE GOT A TUNE-UP AND INSPECTION. I ALWAYS GET DONE EXACTLY WHAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS FROM THE INSPECTION. AS A RESULT OF ALWAYS HAVING DONE WHAT THE TOYOTA SERVICE DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS; MY 2001 TOYOTA CAMRY THAT HAS 217,000 MILES ON IT RUNS AND DRIVES LIKE A NEW CAMRY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDLAY TOYOTA WHICH HAS EXPERT AND COMPETENT MECHANICS AND AN EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT. More

I’m not sure about the new way I was greeted at the service center. Having someone come out with a computer and taking down my problem is not the same as being inside discussing the problem. Maverick is a great service rep, kept me informed on everything being done on my truck, in addition to normal service they notified me the water pump was leaking, got that replaced.
