I was supposed to pick up the car on July 6 Saturday. But because their accountant messed up the The withdrawal of the deposit for the car I could not pick up my car That day. It wasn’t until I got home, that I found his mistake. When I went back on Monday to pick up the car, I informed him of his mistake and he completely denied it. I even showed it to him in my account activities and he still completely denied that he done it. I don’t know if it was an accident or what happened but if you make a mistake, you should own up to what you do, Blake just did not seem to care. Seem to be a master of narcissism. More

I came to this dealership to purchase a 4Runner. Maurice Taylor was my salesperson. Overall my experience was good. Although, at one point he had me complete the wrong finance application on the iPad which was slightly time consuming so I had to do it a 2x once he setup the correct application. Also, a few members at the dealership mentioned they would be able to drop off my new vehicle at my home but wasn't able to when it came down to it since the dealership closed at 8pm and completing the paperwork exceeding this time by a few min. I was distraught because they didn't hold true to their word. Needless to say, I left my original car at the dealership to pick it up next day and drove the new vehicle home. Besides that issue, my overall experience was good. More
