Don't buy a car late in the day I was not shown how to work the car at all - shown the door and they locked up behind me. The dealership closes at 6pm on Saturdays and boy was every I was not shown how to work the car at all - shown the door and they locked up behind me. The dealership closes at 6pm on Saturdays and boy was everyone ready to go. They all stood around with their belongings (including my sales person) waiting to be done with me so they could leave. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life - what a terrible experience for someone who went through all the trouble of setting up a sales appointment at 4pm. Maybe they shouldn't make appointments late in the day if everyone is so excited to go home on time. More

This was her first EVER car purchase and the team at Fitzgerald made it visited Fitzgerald Clearwater to see about getting a car for my 86 y/old mom. This was her first EVER car purchase and the team at Fitzgerald made it so easy. We went in thinking about a Sonata and left with an Elantra after Mom felt it to be more her style. The whole process from start to finish was around 3 hours. Maurice Galla was patient and very easy to work with. He answered all our questions and offered great information and incentives we were unaware of. (I am a Hyundai owner and there is a discount for brand loyalty).
