Sent emails back and forth all morning from 9:30am to 2:45pm and patiently waited for responses. Told Maurey Spencer, salesman I was going to purchase the car. They sent me videos, asked for my zip code More

Gina, we received your review and understand your frustration, however, vehicles are always first come, first served. We have to sell to whoever purchases first because we would be holding cars for customers and not selling if we did that. We have a business to run and we are not a holding facility. The customer that purchased the vehicle you were looking into came in and purchased before you messaged and said you wanted to buy it. It would not make sense at all for a business to hold a vehicle for a potential customer when another customer is in person and willing to make the purchase right away. Grocery stores, realtors selling houses, online stores, etc. all do business in this manner. You were also not the only other person interested in the vehicle and were not the first person to inquire about it. There were others who inquired about it before you did. In fact, there were multiple other people interested and the sale goes to whoever agrees to purchase first. Although we sympathize with you in that you spent time going back and forth about the vehicle, you had ample time to make a final decision and secure the vehicle, however, you did not. Our team messaged you immediately after you sent your information to us on Friday evening. We did not get a response from you until late Saturday morning after multiple attempts to reach you. Maurey even messaged you early in the morning, hours before coming into work, to ensure you had a chance to get the vehicle because it was inquired about by multiple people. 10 minutes after you sent the first response to us, Maurey went and took more photos for you and set them up in a nice video slideshow so that you could see the vehicle in more detail. While he was in the middle of sending you two different videos with pictures, you asked two questions. Both of which would be responded to once he was finished sending the pictures and back at his computer. You immediately made snarky comments about not getting a response immediately when we did not get responses from you for over 17 hours. The strange thing is that he did reply to you, you just didn't see the message for some reason. He replied to you at exactly 11:56am which is 5 minutes after you sent the message and 40 minutes after the first message was sent and after he had already sent you a second round of pictures. There is a process to getting transportation calculated and Saturdays are our busiest day. Our team members worked hard to get you the information you needed as soon as possible, but with the responses not coming back from you until deep into the busiest time of the week, they did their best. After hearing that the vehicle was sold to another person, you began your thread of cussing out every team member involved in the deal, emailing us over and over with disrespectful comments, and throwing a fit via email because you didn't get what you wanted. Out of respect for your privacy and to not drag this along anymore, we will refrain from publicly posting the vulgar emails you sent our team members, but we do hope that you will learn from this experience. Please do not contact us if you have any further questions. We no longer wish to do business with you. Thank you!
