I scheduled my service there with them which was a 10k mile inspection. I told them I would be waiting for the vehicle. The appointment was at 10, I got there at 9:50. I was told there wasn't much to t mile inspection. I told them I would be waiting for the vehicle. The appointment was at 10, I got there at 9:50. I was told there wasn't much to the inspection and it's pretty quick. I asked how long and told 2 hours. I'm not sure why it takes two hours if there's not much to it. And why make an appointment if you're waiting two hours for "not much too it." Other than that they were friendly and professional. next time I'll know to plan 2 hours though. More

He went above and beyond anything that we have experienced at any other car service center. We came away completely satisfied with our experience and feeling like we had received maximum value for our money. This was the first time that we've had our car serviced at Niello VW and we were amazed at what a pleasant experience it was.
