The MOST amazing experience ever at Gary Yeomans Ford Knoxville Dealership!! We were traveling from Texas to Virginia when our van lost transmission power with seven hours left to travel and with a Great Knoxville Dealership!! We were traveling from Texas to Virginia when our van lost transmission power with seven hours left to travel and with a Great Dane in a kennel in the back. The first dealership said they could fix it in a week, but also said that we could make it by just turning the van off and back on again ... but that didn't work ... and after seven off and on attempts and only a few miles further down the road, we were stuck again with no power! We called Gary Yeomans, was able to get towed there and met the amazing Matt Williams, Service Advisor. Matt was so incredible, he got the van looked at quickly and determined exactly what we needed fixed and said that they would start working on it that day (it was already close to closing time) and that it should be ready by noon the next day! EVERYONE that we came across in the dealership was just amazing!! I just cannot say how impressed I was with all of their incredibly friendly and caring staff. They told us to bring our Great Dane Gracie in the dealership and everyone was just awesome, bringing her a bowl and water, petting her, talking with her, it was really amazing how attentive they were after our horrible ordeal. Thanks so much to Gary Yeomans Ford Knoxville and all of their amazing staff, but especially to Matt for all of his time and help, as well as the incredible auto technician for getting to our van so quickly and doing an incredible job which helped our nightmare end happily! We were able to make it our three-year old twins birthday party. I wish this incredible dealership was closer to where we live, but because of all the amazing service and care that we received, we may just go back to buy a Truck that we saw on their lot. Thanks for being so amazing and taking such great care of our family while we were traveling! Your staff ROCK! More
