If there is anything called 0 star, I would have clicked on it to reflect the working attitude of Koons Kia of Woodbridge. I bought a 2015 Kia Optima from this store in May 2021. I never knew there was a r on it to reflect the working attitude of Koons Kia of Woodbridge. I bought a 2015 Kia Optima from this store in May 2021. I never knew there was a recall on this car, and the dealership never informed me. Two years, down the lane, the engine of my car has now seized up, and the problem has been traced to the recall. To begin with Kia was supposed to solve the recall problem before selling me the car, and worse case scenario, should have informed me that there was a recall on the car. I have called Kia's parent company only for them to tell me that the recall letter was sent to the previous owner of the car. Now, there is $9,000 dollars owed on this car, but the engine has seized up, I'm reduced to taking Uber to go to work. Koons Kia of Woodbridge is adamantly refusing to work with me, or help solve this problem for me. If an engine problem has been traced to a recall issue, one would have thought that a dealership of a repute would help the customer solve the problem. However, Koons Kia of Woodbridge sold this car, made their profit, and put me in my current problem while adamantly refusing to solve this issue. I am asking every single person out there to beware of Koons Kia of Woodbridge. The dealership is irresponsible, uncaring, and has no ethical value or consideration in when it comes to making decisions to help customers. Please, for your own sake, beware of this dealership called Koons Kia of Woodbridge. More

Incompetence at its best—starting from the GM on down. Only one bright spot—Paris! 1. Purchased used vehicle Dec. 28, 2021. TPMS system malfunctioning. Wanted it taken care of before one month or 1,000 Only one bright spot—Paris! 1. Purchased used vehicle Dec. 28, 2021. TPMS system malfunctioning. Wanted it taken care of before one month or 1,000 mile limited warranty ran out. Had it in/out for 2,5 weeks before they sent to a Nissan dealership to fix. 2. Car was dirty on inside with candy wrappers and other trash. Detailing dept didn’t do their job. Previous owner’s paperwork with her name, address, phone number, price of car, insurance, registration info was left in glove box, along with other personal items. Pointed this out on three different occasions when took car back for TPMS. 3. Finally talked to GM, who really didn’t care that his staff had dropped the ball. Sent me a loaner that had its own issues for the weekend. Finally got the car back and the TPMS issue was resolved. Other than the loaner, the GM nor Timothy ever followed through on what else they promised for the inconvenience. Timothy did not want me to write a bad review. 4. Fast forward a couple of weeks later. I get a call from their titling department telling me I needed to release the title lien. Well, I had no title lien to release because I purchased the car with no trade-in and my own financing. I told the person that she meant the previous owner. She laughed and said yes, but didn’t have a clue who the previous owner was. So, because they had left all of that information in the glove box, I was able to provide that information to them. The question should be why didn’t they have it? The lady calls me back to tell me the previous owner would have it to them by the week’s end. 5. Fast forward two more weeks, talk to someone else in title department. Still no release. Said it would be overnighted the next day. Called back and got Amur. He said he would handle and in the meantime would have a check cut for 100.00 and confirmed the address it should be sent to. A few more days pass, I check the DMV website. No sign of the car I purchased. Called the dealership. They had just received the lien release on March 5 and sent to finance company. Told Amir the check had been received, but sent to my permanent address instead of my temporary address, which he confirmed. Went on to tell him how I had emailed and left messages for the GM, including with him, but radio silence from the GM, Donovan. Said I would not give them a good rating for my personal experience with them. Amir, like thevGM and other sales managers didn’t like to hear that. He “technically” hung up on my by telling me he couldn’t talk to me any longer—that he had other customers. 5. I hope I will never have to do business with any Koons dealership. For any work needed to be done, I will go to a Nissan or any other dealership first. It starts at the top and if GM Donovan doesn’t care about his customers, why should his staff? More

This is the worst most ghetto place I have been to. They actually broke the glass on my windshield at one point which luckily my husband caught right away or it would have never been resolved. Then another actually broke the glass on my windshield at one point which luckily my husband caught right away or it would have never been resolved. Then another time I had a rep give me false info and treat me very rudely. There have been many times when I had an appointment for oil change and it takes 3 hours. One time I had an appointment For a vehicle problem. I go there because that is where I bought vehicle. I waited 3 hours and then they told me They did not have time and I had to come back next day. I tried to schedule an oil change there recently and had to call numerous times no answer. Transferred to a machine. When people answer they transfer you to a machine where you can’t leave a message. Or they promise to call you back and never call. I would give this 0 stars if I could. I have given them so many chances to redeem themselves but always fail. I am finding another location. Do not trust this place More
