The team at Newins Bay Shore Ford are true professionals. I had the pleasure of working with Matt and Chris when I purchased my pre-owned Mustang Mach E and they couldn’t have made it easier. As somebody new I had the pleasure of working with Matt and Chris when I purchased my pre-owned Mustang Mach E and they couldn’t have made it easier. As somebody new to the EV world I greatly appreciated that they took the time to help me set up my Ford app and explain all the nuances of my new electric vehicle. Additionally, they were straight shooters - no dealer fees and no haggling. I drove down from Rockland County to check out the car, but when it wasn’t quite ready to take home same-day they drove the car up to me once everything was finalized. Newins is top notch and I would happily do business with them again. More

He asked what I was looking for and worked with me as I wrestled with myself what vehicle to go with (Bronco or F-150). He went over both vehicles and the various trim levels. Sales Manager Matthew Stickney was just as helpful and accommodating. Overall I found the Newins Staff to be very professional, informative and most of all patient. I have already recommended Newins Ford to my friends and coworkers - down the road I would definitely buy or lease another vehicle from the Newins Team. More
