Friendly, professional, and responsive to calls and emails. I purchased a used Ram 3500 truck from them. They listed the truck for sale prior to inspecting and knowing what was fully wrong with it. Due emails. I purchased a used Ram 3500 truck from them. They listed the truck for sale prior to inspecting and knowing what was fully wrong with it. Due to being 2 1/2 hours away, I called ahead and asked several specific questions regarding mechanical/cosmetic condition, and was told the truck had no issues and was great. When I arrived, the first thing I see is significant cosmetic damage on the driver side. I was quite irritated as to why I was not told this on the phone when I specifically asked. I then test drove and pointed out several mechanical and electrical issues as well. They agreed to repair all of the electrical and mechanical issues and we agreed on a price before repairs were completed. They struggled to understand and fix the problems, then tried to back out of fixing some due to the cost. Many phone calls and emails back and forth, I had to be persistent and push the salesman to complete the repairs that were agreed to. After 30 days, I was assured all repairs were completed and the truck is ready to be picked up and the purchase completed. I drove the 2 1/2 hours, then find that one of the repairs was not completed, and they offered lame excuses as to why. I was quite upset and demanded a discount for my inconvenience and will now need to take to another dealership that knows how to repair properly and pay out of pocket. After meeting with and explaining my frustration to the sales manager, I was given the reasonable discount that I asked for. There was no reason for this as I made my expectations crystal clear through the process. The salesman/dealership dropped the ball, and/or hoping I would accept as is. I would much rather have payed the agreed price and the repair have been made as agreed. Apparently it is up to the customer to pay attention to every detail and hold them accountable to get what you agree to and pay for. More

I didn't have a negative experience but I was not informed that insurance in NY state won't allow same day coverage. Which lead to me not being able to drive my new car home when we had planned on. I lived 4 hours away from the dealership and that was extremely frustrating being that I had to find friends that were willing to drive me out to pick up the vehicle. When I first found out it wasn't going to happen was after a week of thinking we had everything planned out. So I then had to find a new ride out. After that it was a smooth buying process but here I am not even 2000 miles after buying and I'm now running into issues with the vehicle. I understand I bought used but what I'm dealing with are things that you would assume would have been taken care of by the dealership before reselling for $30,000. At the end of the day I'm not impressed through out the entire buying experience and genuinely think they took advantage of me. All I'm saying is, be very careful and cautious before buying. More
