Everyone from Mike to Joe, Matt & Lauren was very cordial and efficient. This was a "remote" delivery to Florida. So it could have been time-consuming and complicated, but the D'Arcy team made it super eas and efficient. This was a "remote" delivery to Florida. This was because this was MY portion of getting the SUV to our house. This was excellent purchase experience like we never had before. This is not our first rodeo with D'Arcy and the reason we came back and have brought family members in the past is because of the customer service as well as the service department.
