The salesman didn’t know how to describe the parts that weee missi g. Delivered car to shore house Matt was in a hurry to get out of there. Never got back to me with the questions I did have.
I’ve bought a lot of cars, these guys act like they are doing you a favor.

I figured out the features of the car. As I wrote in my emai to Burke, I have taken delivery of many cars including escallades, the main point of my review and email was not that I don’t know how to use features of the car, rather the lack of organization and communication from your dealership.
6 months later and they still haven’t released the title
or registration. My sister died Friday and I need transportation to get back to Pennsylvania and I can’t even get Burke motors to return a call. My c

My credit is tied up at my credit union because Burke motors has not released the title in two years to the credit union . I’m disabled and can’t get a new I’d and they refuse to help me in anyway. They return no calls. The lady who has been put on my case cannot be bothered. Why can I not speak to the owner of Burke motors. Buy the car back if you are not going to release the title. You have the full amount paid by my credit union. I have paid $8,000 already for a car I can’t use. You are ruining my life and have made it impossible to travel to my own sisters funeral. Shame on Burke motors

Just as long as the public knows it took me to contact the New Jersey division of motor vehicles 3 months ago before anything happened. Burke motors has done nothing other than sell and take the money from me and my bank and apparently sold the vehicle illegally. Nothing has been done by Burke motors to help. I had to contact someone to find out what I could do. I’ve contacted abc Philly and they will be getting in touch as well. If you don’t want to release the car buy it back!!!! Have some sort of accountability. Id was supplied in June. Was ok’d in June. Then was denied in July. The games can and will not continue. For 2 years Burke motors has not had a follow up call or even one letter letting me know what I could do or why my registration or plates were never sent. I’m severely disabled and you have taken advantage of me in the worst possible way. It’s disheartening to know there are businesses like Burke motors who do these things to customers. It wasn’t illegal for me to purchase the car with the wrong Id, it was illegal for you to sell it to me. You did the wrong thing not me. You should be held accountable not me
