I have been a southern customer for about 15 years. The service department is going through a new phase or transition. They are still recovering from the of Brett. My last experience getting my car The service department is going through a new phase or transition. They are still recovering from the of Brett. My last experience getting my car serviced was not great. The service tech immediately started selling me on several issues that were actually covered by warranty. The problem was they didn’t check my service history or my history of purchases (8 vehicles ). I didn’t feel like a valued, loyal customer. I had to ask them several times to check the history and warranty status and it turned that the service was covered by the warranty. So once that was settled it was all good. Just disappointed in the initial contact. More
