Very unsatisfied, Just bought a 2014 dodge with with 5. 7 hemi, the engine had a noise in it which concerned me before the purchase. The salesman had shop manger come listen to it and told me it was an exha 7 hemi, the engine had a noise in it which concerned me before the purchase. The salesman had shop manger come listen to it and told me it was an exhaust manifold gasket which is common it that engine, and state nothing to be concerned about assured me it could be repaired for $1000. Im 74 years old, retired veteran, on disablity and fixed income and just had to spend $ 283.00 to vehicle diagnosed by a certified mechanic to find out that I was straight out lied to. The exhaust mainfold is fine but number 1 cylinder is bad and has internal problems. Estimated repairs are between $9000 to $10,000 engine needs to be replaced. Would not recommend sales and definetly would not trust shop or mechanics. Worst experience i ever had purchasing a vehicle, no stars deserved. Wish they would accept a return but they are so dishonest i now will need to save to seek legal action. More
