This is by far the WORST experience I've ever experienced at a dealership. Dealing with the service department in getting an issue resolved before the warranty team out was a nightmare and now that the issue at a dealership. I recently had to buy a car for my sister. I went to Peak and talked to Mike Topolosky. I told him what I was looking for and my price range. He showed me a nice little Sportage with low miles and we worked and talked to Mike Topolosky. I told him what I was looking for and my price range. Had a screw in my tire it was a holiday weekend I was told it could not be repaired and I needed to get four new ones. I asked several times why it was not covered under warranty stating I always get the told it could not be repaired and I needed to get four new ones. I asked several times why it was not covered under warranty stating I always get them repaired or replaced I was told it was just wear and not covered I had them installed and then asked to have A Roadside Repair Warranty added to which I was told was not offered. No wonder I had to buy new ones for 1 screw in a tire the ones previously purchased from Kia only lasted 30,000 miles that should’ve lasted 60000 I shouldn’t of had to purchase new tires I will never buy tires from Kia again, back to Discount. Manager did give me 25 off each tire but I feel that I should have been told when I asked why it was not covered That Kia does not offer that service But it was a quick sale especially me being a female in a situation needing tires that day Never again!!! Other than routine service I will look at other places like Jiffy Lube to have my car Serviced More

I have taken my car in twice and the first visit I qas told they had to order a part and we made an appointment for a week out, about a 2 hour visit. Second appointment they didn't ever order a part and t told they had to order a part and we made an appointment for a week out, about a 2 hour visit. Second appointment they didn't ever order a part and they would call me when the part gets in, another 90 minute visit. It's been 12 days no follow up and also no response back from a voice-mail I left 3 days ago. I'm trying not to drive my car unless to the grocery store or absolutely nessessary and its starting to become a big inconvenience. It's such a hard review to leave because when I'm there employeese in the service department are very nice and busy but I can't seem to get a response or my car back to being drivable. More

I wrote a sales rep an email describing my situation and what I was looking for, also asking questions. I was responded to by a different sales person due to the pandemic.He didn’t answer any of my question what I was looking for, also asking questions. I was responded to by a different sales person due to the pandemic.He didn’t answer any of my questions, but asked if I had any questions. Pointed out I had several in my first email if he could please refer to that. Him and the sales manager took turns writing me asking if all my questions had been answered. NO, NONE OF THEM!! I was given no info, just emails asking if my questions were answered.They said they’d remove my name and then I got another generic email yesterday!! Guess they aren’t worried about their sales right now! VERY ANNOYING. Looking elsewhere. More
